WHAT WE DO

How we help our clients grow

Leadership team development

In a pressured operating environment, the performance of the leadership team is crucial. Research shows that performance is not the sum of skills, but the quality of cooperation. The question is: does the leadership team genuinely work as a team in a common direction – or as individuals, optimizing their own areas of responsibility?

We strengthen the effectiveness of your leadership team by reinforcing shared direction, collective leadership, and mutual trust. The work begins with an assessment of the current state, based on which we clarify the team’s core purpose, roles, and ways of working. Key themes typically include shared accountability, the quality of dialogue, constructive handling of conflict, and the effectiveness of meeting and decision-making practices.

We use participatory, research-based methods that enable deep insights and tangible change in everyday work.

As a result

  • A clear shared direction and stronger commitment

  • Stronger ownership and shared accountability

  • Better dialogue and trust

  • Improved performance and renewal capability

Executive coaching

Leadership can often feel lonely. When your own leadership feels burdensome or the direction is unclear, pressure builds and the sense of control weakens. Typical situations include team conflicts, resistance to change, challenges in achieving goals, difficulties in managing interactions, feelings of inadequacy, or uncertainty in a new role.

The coaching process begins with an assessment of the current situation, where we define clear and measurable goals. The work is goal-oriented, confidential, and practical. Sessions are typically held about once a month, with each session including concrete actions to apply in everyday work. The process usually consists of 3–6 sessions.

As a result

  • Stronger self-confidence and a sense of control

  • Deeper understanding of your own leadership style and its effects

  • Improved ability to manage team dynamics and handle conflict

  • Clearer professional boundaries and a more sustainable approach to work

  • A calmer mind and the ability to act in uncertainty

Leadership programs

When the quality of leadership varies between superiors, everyday life appears inconsistent and unequal. Performance is not managed systematically, feedback is given inconsistently, and conflict resolution is lacking. This also jeopardizes the achievement of strategic goals.

We build a consistent leadership approach for your organization that supports your strategy. The work begins with assessing key development areas and their impact, as well as defining clear metrics. We design a goal-oriented development program that is integrated into your leadership processes and ensures that learning is embedded in everyday work. We use research-based, proven methods while also strengthening an internal culture of sparring and reflection.

As a result

  • A more consistent and effective leadership approach

  • Stronger performance and goal management

  • Increased courage to address issues and lead people with clarity

  • Greater self-confidence and ability to operate in uncertainty

  • More engaged teams with higher levels of wellbeing

Group coaching

The role of a manager is increasingly demanding: constant change, performance pressures, and complex people situations put a sustained strain on resilience. The role is often experienced as isolating, while concerns about both personal and team wellbeing continue to grow. The risk is burnout and a decline in leadership effectiveness.

Group coaching provides a confidential, professionally facilitated space to reflect on and work through everyday leadership challenges together with peers. The process consists of a series of sessions where participants bring real, current situations and act as sparring partners for one another under the guidance of a coach. This shared work builds trust, deepens self-awareness, and generates practical solutions that carry into everyday leadership.

As a result

  • Greater clarity on the situation and a stronger sense of control

  • More tools for handling challenging leadership situations

  • Greater courage to address difficult issues

  • Stronger peer support and a greater sense of community

  • A calmer mind and an improved ability to operate in uncertainty
