Case Story: A journey toward a more open and more collaborative workplace
Objectives of the development process
-
Strengthen the sense of community and shared responsibility
-
Learn to engage in constructive, appreciative interaction
-
Build a culture of psychological safety where diverse perspectives are welcomed
-
Clarify roles and shared ways of working
-
Develop the team climate and emotional skills
-
Address work-related challenges together, drawing on everyone’s strengths
How the intervention was designed and implemented
To gain a comprehensive understanding of the situation, individual interviews were conducted with all members of the work community before the development process began. The initial assessment also included the EECA emotional climate survey. Based on these insights, the core goals for the program were co-created together with the team and its leader. The process included six facilitated sessions, each themed according to the needs identified in the initial assessment. The central focus was to build a safe and trust-based learning environment where the team could practise new ways of working together. Learning and self-awareness were further strengthened through individual coaching, reflective assignments, and the Workplace Big Five personality profiles.
We couldn’t have achieved this so well on our own.

Client Voice
The work community has gained inspiration and confidence through the facilitation provided. The new hybrid era has brought new challenges and barriers to internal communication, and together we have now been able to bring these issues into everyone’s awareness. Openness and the courage to dismantle obstacles have found a clear pathway and a shared way of addressing matters.
We could not have achieved this as effectively on our own. Having a professional to help articulate and visualise the needed actions has given each of us the opportunity to be heard and seen.
This is not a project that is completed once and for all, but rather an ongoing process in which we remind ourselves every day to value and listen to one another.
