Hanna Poskiparta

Hanna is passionate about collaborative projects that aim for impactful change in leadership, teamwork, human interaction, emotional skills, or the development of organizational culture.

She has deepened her expertise through studies in organizational consulting, coaching, meta-skills, and positive psychology, which provides her with a broad understanding and perspective in her client work. Hanna's experience in managerial and leadership roles enriches client projects with deep insights and a practical approach.

Tuuli Viranta

Tuuli has spent over two decades supporting organizations on their transformation journeys, developing management teams, coaching leaders, and providing assistance when collaboration between people is severely strained.

In her work, Tuuli creatively applies theories from psychology, business, and psychotherapy into practice. She also utilizes the Gestalt approach, which helps identify and resolve internal conflicts within organizations by fostering deeper awareness and more open communication. Tuuli's extensive experience as a leader, developer, in occupational health, and in HR, provides a comprehensive perspective on the client’s situation.

At Netco, Tuuli finds inspiration in creative and fun colleagues and in building deep client relationships through collaboration.

Antti-Juhani Wihuri

A-J is an experienced organisational developer with expertise in the psychology of leadership, collaboration, self-leadership, well-being, and personal growth. He is particularly passionate about finding innovative solutions to complex problems, developing leadership teams and workplace culture, and strengthening interpersonal connections.

Over two decades of experience in organisational development, background in business leadership, and his strong ability to build trust create an environment where learning and insights can truly flourish. With over 30 years of meditation practice, A-J doesn't take himself too seriously, often sharing a positive spark with those around him.

At Netco, he is drawn to the client-centric focus, highly skilled colleagues, and the ability to look beyond the surface to uncover the most impactful solutions.

Sini Lindholm

With over two decades of experience in organizational and leadership development, Sini brings a passion for solving complex organizational challenges. Her deep expertise allows her to draw on a wealth of knowledge, providing clients with strategic guidance and transformative solutions.

Sini’s background in business management and her personal experience working in executive teams offer a unique blend of practical insights and leadership perspectives that drive impactful collaboration.

Marjukka Laurola

Marjukka Laurola is an experienced organizational psychologist who supports leadership and work communities as an organizational developer, supervisor, coach, and job designer. Her core expertise lies in a deep understanding of group dynamics and creativity—how to make relationships between people and the organization’s potential thrive.

Marjukka often works on projects to develop company culture and leadership team coaching, drawing on her training as an organizational consultant, service designer, and group psychotherapist. Her processes are characterized by a creative touch, inspired by her own artistic background.

Liisa Lempinen

Liisa is a broadly experienced psychologist who, prior to earning her psychology degree, spent over 10 years in leadership roles in business and sales. Liisa also has extensive experience in coaching teams and developing organizations, but what brought her to Netco was the opportunity to focus on her true passion: coaching and mentoring experts and leaders in individual processes.

At Netco, Liisa is especially drawn to the experienced team of colleagues who understand the dynamic interplay between group and individual processes, enabling change at the organizational level.

In her individual coaching, Liisa combines her expertise in improving work capacity, uncovering potential, and understanding the principles of the business world. Depending on the client’s needs, the process can also incorporate brief therapeutic work within a cognitive-analytic framework.
